About Me

Hi, I’m Matthew Novak, a seasoned technology leader with over two decades of experience across software development, system architecture, and business leadership. My journey in technology has taken me from leading IT operations at the county level to founding multiple companies that address key challenges in email marketing, SEO, and startup growth.

Currently, I am the Founder and CTO of MX Suite, an all-in-one email platform. At MX Suite, I’ve developed a proprietary email warming technology that solves critical pain points for businesses—enabling high-volume email delivery with no caps and seamless scalability. Building this platform has allowed me to align my passion for email infrastructure with customer needs, creating a product that drives measurable impact.
